Gwen Pepper is a scientist and a member of The Alternate who made her first appearance in the episode, Stormy Weather.
She is portrayed by Christine Alicia Rodriguez.
History
In Stormy Weather, she lied to K.C. by telling her that The Alternate captured her, and forced her to help Brady and Reid with the creation of the Storm Maker. But after K.C. saved her, she instantly betrayed her.
