Lorenzo is the missing cadet that K.C. rescued in the episode, K.C.'s the Man!
K.C. finds him locked in the boiler room of the academy and thinks that he was put there as a prank by the academy bully, Spencer. Surprisingly, Lorenzo tells K.C. that he is locked inside by his own choice and is hiding out from his bullies. He tells her that this is easier than telling the administration of the school, who would just give him a "harder time" than Spencer.
Lorenzo has an effeminate personality and sasses K.C. back when she "breaks it down" that she is rescuing him. He clearly does not enjoy attending the academy and says that his dad, who is also a spy, is making him be there.
